Chuck Mock serves as CVT Surgical Center’s CEO. He is a native of Savannah, GA, received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge in 1981 and practiced public accounting prior to entering practice management field in 1985. Mr. Mock joined CVT in 1988. As the CEO, he is primarily responsible for financial management and strategic planning for CVT and its related entities.

Chuck is a member of several professional organizations including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Medical Group Management Association and the American Academy of Professional Coders. He is also a principal in Convergent Solutions, a Baton Rouge-based practice consulting and revenue management firm formed in 1992.

Richard Boyd serves as the Chief Operating Officer since 2015. Prior to this, he was the Director of CVT Vascular Lab. He graduated from Gulf Coast Institute for Vascular Technology in 1990. He has been a Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) since 1992 and a Registered Diagnostic Sonographer (RDMS) since 1993. Mr. Boyd joined CVT in 1992.

Richard is a member of Medical Group Managers Association, Society for Vascular Ultrasound, and the Society of Diagnostic Medical Sonography.

Elizabeth Causey is a native of Franklin, LA and serves as the Assistant Administrator for CVT. Prior to this, she was Clinical Manager since 2016, and prior to that she served as Assistant Director of CVT Vascular Lab. She received her Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration in 2019 from Louisiana State University. She graduated from The Institute of Ultrasound Diagnostics in 2004 and has been a registered Vascular Technologist (RVS) since 2005. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a Concentration in Fitness Studies in 2002 from Louisiana State University. Elizabeth is a member of the Society for Vascular Ultrasound.

Rori Adams is a native of New Orleans, LA and serves as Clinic Manager. Prior to this, she was Operating Room Manager of Heart and Vascular Surgery at Our Lady of the Lake since 1999. She received her Associate’s Degree in Nursing from Charity Hospital New Orleans in 1992 and her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Franciscan University in 2023. She is a member of AORN ( Association of PeriOperatve Nurses) and is CNOR certified.
