CVT welcomes Dr. Matthew Abate, Board Certified Vascular Surgeon back to Baton Rouge!  He is originally from Lake Charles, LA and received his undergraduate degree from LSU Baton Rouge.  He then moved to New Orleans where he received his medical degree from the LSU School of Medicine.  He completed Vascular Surgery Residency in 2017 at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock.  For the past 5 years he served on the medical staff of Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, Missouri.  We are so happy to have Dr. Abate and his family here with us at CVT, and back in his home state of Louisiana.
