Justin Allen is a native of Hattiesburg, MS. He obtained his B.S. in Biological Sciences from The Mississippi State University in 2014. Upon graduation, he proceeded to work as an Emergency Room Tech at the Forrest General Trauma center in Hattiesburg, MS. He completed his needed hands-on experience for Physician Assistant programs. He moved to Baton Rouge in 2017 and graduated from FRANU Physician Assistant program in 2019. He accepted a position with orthopedic trauma surgery upon passing his certification exams and worked in orthopedic surgery for 4 years. He joined CVT in July of 2023 and is bringing his years of surgical and clinical experience with him. He looks forward to helping all patients of CVT in the future.

Lauren Perry is a native of New Roads, LA. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree as a registered nurse from ULL in 2014 and worked as an ICU and telemetry RN for several years before obtaining her Master’s degree as a nurse practitioner from ULL as well in 2018. She moved to Baton Rouge in 2018 and worked as nurse practitioner with cardiothoracic surgery for 4 years. She joined CVT at the end of 2023 and obtained her first assist certification in 2024.

Christina St. Pierre was born and raised in Tickfaw, Louisiana. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in
Nursing degree at Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University in 2018 and worked as a Registered Nurse in ICU/ICU stepdown and telemetry before obtaining her Master of Science in Nursing degree from Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University in December 2024. She is passionate about caring for both skill and heart. She strives to create an environment where patients feel valued, understood and truly cared for. She joined CVT in February 2025 and is currently working to obtain her surgical first assist. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and staying active through her passion for fitness, food and nutrition.

Lauren Cox was born and raised in Baton Rouge, LA. She obtained a Bachelor’s in Anthropology from LSU and a Master’s in Anthropology from the University of Tennessee. She worked in biomedical and clinical research for several years before returning to school to obtain her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southeastern Louisiana University in 2014. She worked as a registered nurse in the cardiovascular ICU and post-anesthesia care unit for over a decade. She obtained her Master of Science in Nursing degree as a dual-role Family Nurse Practitioner and Adult Gerontological Acute Care Nurse Practitioner from the University of South Alabama in May of 2025. She joined CVT in December of 2025 and obtained her surgical first assist in 2026.

Madison Morrow became a resident of Denham Springs after marrying her husband and best friend, Matthew, in 2022. She knew from a young age she wanted to be in a position to help others after seeing what a difference great providers could make for patients like her sister, who battled chronic disease until she ultimately got a liver transplant at the age of 17. Watching these interactions inspired Madison to get her CNA certification while in high school, then her BSN, RN from FranU in 2020, and finally her MSN, FNP from SELU in 2025. Madison joined CVT in May 2026 & is currently working to earn her certification as a Surgical First Assist to help in all aspects of our patients’ care. In her free time, she enjoys traveling the world with her husband and making as many memories as possible with friends & family.
